An enterprise content operation in a regulated sector, where production was slow and manual and every asset still has to clear review before it ships.
What We Built
We scoped and built a platform that uses generative AI to accelerate content production while keeping a human review gate and a full record of what was generated, edited, and approved. The point was never to remove people, it was to remove the parts of the job that were not judgement.
How We Approached It
A pipeline that drafts with the latest Claude models, routes every asset through a structured review and approval workflow, and versions the output so any published asset can be traced back to its source and its approver. Cost and usage are monitored so the economics stay defensible as volume grows.
Outcome
Production cycle time drops while the compliance trail gets stronger, not weaker. Reviewers spend their time on the assets that need a decision rather than on assembling drafts from scratch.
