A European lifestyle retailer whose existing site was slow, off-brand, and held a product catalogue that had drifted out of sync with reality.
We rebuilt the site from the ground up, designed a direction specific to the brand rather than a template, and ingested the full product catalogue so the storefront and the source data finally agreed. Three workstreams were priced and run separately: the rebuild, the catalogue ingestion, and ongoing marketing.
A bespoke front end built for speed and conversion, a clean ingestion pipeline that normalised the product data on the way in, and a content model the client can maintain without us. Design direction was derived from the brand, not borrowed from a stock theme.
A site that loads fast, looks like the brand and nobody else, and sells from an accurate catalogue. The retailer can update content themselves, and the marketing workstream now has a foundation worth driving traffic to.
