What We Built

Access-led onboarding, an initial assessment of the tenant, then continuous management with value added from automation and Microsoft Foundry tooling. The model is built to run internationally and to sit behind a clear monthly report rather than a black box.

Outcome

The estate moves from “we think it is fine” to “here is the evidence, this month.” The same continuous-audit discipline underpins our internal audit appliance, so what we run for clients is what we run on ourselves.
